mailing address & email address.

 No contestant will be entered
into the photo contest until payment is received. A confirmation will be sent when the photo has been entered.

Age divisions: (glitz/girls) 0-11 mos, 12-23 mos, 2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10,
11-13, 14-17, 18-27, 28 up (natural boys/girls) 0-11 mos, 12-23 mos, 2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12,
13-15, 16 up boys 0-3, 4 up

PRIZES: 2 Ultimate Highpoints will be chosen. One from each natural and one from
glitz. Each will receive their supreme package & registration fee paid.
Pay only extras/jackpots.

6 Grand Supremes will be chosen. 0-3, 4-10, 11 up in each glitz and in natural.
Each will receive $300 off the supreme package.

6 Mini Supremes will be chosen. 0-3, 4-10, 11 up in each glitz and in natural.
Each will receive $250 off the supreme package.

Age Division winners will receive $200 off the supreme package.

Beauty winners will receive a $100 off the supreme package.

*all entries not winning a title in the photo contest will get $25 towards
their national supreme package. You can't lose!

ENTRY FEES: $25 1 glitz entry/$5 per additional glitz entries
$25 1 natural entry/$5 per additional natural entries
plus 4% paypal fees

RULES: You may enter glitz or natural or both. Only highest win will be awarded.
May enter other months contest to try for higher title, but again only highest
title may be used, not combined. All winners will be notified by email
2 days after thye contest ends. This will be a blind contest to avoid the
bashing of innocent children. Please don't ask who has entered, whos judging,
how many as this information will not be given.
